Real Devs at Demo Day for Open Source Fellowship

Good for students. Good for you.Good for the future of tech.

The MLH Fellowship started when students lost their internships due to COVID-19 fallout.

  •  - Companies struggled to figure out how to manage interns remotely.
  •  - Budgets were constantly in flux.
  •  - Staff at companies were burned out.

The MLH Fellowship connected a diverse, global learning community to enterprise partners while removing the messy work of vetting candidates, coaching new contributors, and making sure Fellows were set up to develop correctly.

Since then, MLH has become an essential source of needed code, diversity, and global reach into sought-after bourgeoning talent communities. Fellows not only fill skills gaps but bring a diversity of mind and experience to technical teams.
